What is the Wim Hof Method?

Breath.

Conscious breathing patterns that tap into the body's physiology and prepare you for everything that follows.

Fear is the door. Something very different is waiting on the other side.

I'm Faisal, and I have a passion for things that actually work.

I'm a certified Wim Hof Method instructor based in Bahrain, and I get to witness transformative experiences on a regular basis. I watch people find themselves, their strength, their health and their true spirit.
